Vanilla Fiori Cake
Fiori de Sicilia is a delicate blend of vanilla, floral and a slight hint of orange blossom. It’s a special cake with a light, delicate crumb. In one customer’s words, “It just tastes special”.
Orange Olive Oil Cake
Don’t let the olive oil scare you. Did you know that olive oil actually has a fruity quality that pairs so well with citrus? Not to mention the moist texture it adds. Don’t knock it till you try it! Orange Olive Oil cake is frosted with a citrus buttercream.
Vanilla Cake
This cake is the base for Fiori, but made with vanilla bean instead. It’s a favorite of our customers and is delicious with vanilla buttercream, even for those that think vanilla is boring. It can be paired with a variety of fillings or frostings, but is delicious as is. “Not your plain vanilla”
Classic yellow cake
This cake is for those who were products of the 60’s-70’s when boxed mixes came on the scene, but ours is made from scratch! It’s a richer, denser vanilla with a heavier crumb. Delicious with cocoa frosting, or panuche frosting for that retro blast from the past.
Nan’s Angel Food Cake
This is a family favorite for 4 generations and a delicious chocolate delight! It is like nothing you have ever had. It is not widely known today, but it should be! It literally melts in your mouth. The cake is airy but it’s paired with the most delicious cocoa buttercream frosting.
Strawberry
Our mother used to make a strawberry cake with strawberries in the batter and the frosting and this is similar. Paired with a strawberry buttercream and it reminds us of our childhood.
Victorian Sponge
This traditional British sponge cake is a perfect pairing with fresh berry filling. Think strawberry shortcake, but less crumbly, more…. well…spongey. This cake is typically served as a naked cake, without a full frosting on the outside, but layered with berries and whipped cream-based filling.
Pink Champagne
Champagne makes every occasion that much more special. This cake has a hint of champagne, and paired with its ‘pinkness’ it turns your occasion into a real celebration.
